Game day food ideas

The big game this weekend in New Orleans is a big deal – almost as big as the food served during your game day celebration.

With a focus on a variety of hearty meals and snacks, here’s some inspiration from the General Mills family of websites to make your party a touchdown.

Perhaps the most ambitious is the edible “Snackadium” – a recreation of a football stadium made entirely of all-time favorite snacks – from Crescent Mummy Dogs to Pillsbury Baguette Chips.

Learn how to build your own Snackadium. And check back after the game here on A Taste of General Mills to see how Pillsbury created the “Ultimate Snackadium” in New Orleans, which will be seven-feet wide and 10-feet long. The Ultimate Snackadium will be built during the Taste of the NFL’s “Party with a Purpose.”
