Progresso fan works soup into her workout

With such a passion for Progresso, it was a no brainer to spotlight Alicia Keen in our “Fans of Our Brands” series.

“First of all, it tastes like homemade soup but without the calories. It’s great! I love it!”gushes Keen. “I’m always stocked up on Progresso. It’s my favorite.”

To be honest, she made it easy for us to spot her. She tweeted us a link to a video she did, titled “Progresso Pilates Part 1”:

Keen’s videos show viewers how to work just about every muscle imaginable using two cans of Progresso. She emailed the video to some of her clients and says she’s received positive feedback.

“You can work out with your Progresso Soup, and then afterward, sit down and eat it. It’s great!”

Sounds practical, but how do the chunks of chicken, noodles and veggies hold up?

“I ate one of the cans afterward and it was fine! I tested it!”

The health conscious 21-year-old likes to include a protein, a starch and a vegetable in every meal. Soup makes a logical choice. But it wasn’t until Keen discovered Progresso that she began eating soup regularly.

Keen owns Glowing Oasis Pilates in northern Virginia. Light Chicken Noodle is her top Progresso pick, but she also raves about the World Recipes line.

    This is a great article! I’m a HUGE fan of Progresso soups and successfully slimmed down 30lbs last year with the aid of walking and Progresso soups as daily meals. The Lower Sodium Chicken Noodle and Chicken & Orzo with Lemon are my favorites, but the entire Light line is great!
